Crafting Each stained glass panel is handcrafted and constructed especially for your order and takes from 2-6 weeks for production. You'll receive images of your art glass in production as it progresses via email or usps until it is in the crate and on it's way to your location. The art glass panel arrives at your location in custom built shipping crates. Shipping included in the price of the panel. If you are willing to pick up your order, there will be a discount off the price. Checks are also accepted. Shipment Every shipment is insured against loss or damage and if the package is damaged to the extent that the merchandise is damaged, refuse delivery and contact the carrier and Safari Stained Glass as soon as possible. Do not return the damaged merchandise to me and do let the carrier determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers. Notify us of the damage and we will file a damage claim with the carrier and proceed to getting another panel crafted. |
